Dr. Nicolaas Bloemen

Location: Toronto Animal Health Partners in North York, ON

Originally from Holland and now a resident of Toronto, Dr. Nicolaas Bloemen completed a biology degree at Dalhousie University before pursuing veterinary studies at the University of Queensland in Australia.

During university, Dr. Nicolaas engaged in various cancer research projects and balanced academics with a passion for sports, including soccer, hockey, tennis, skiing, and inner tube water polo. Outside the city, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and spending time at the cottage or farm.

While Dr. Nicolaas doesn’t currently have pets, he is always on the lookout for four-legged companions. With a keen interest in cardiology, he aims to specialize in this field in the future.
